How it works FAQ

How fast is "same-day" really?

On most Ontario lanes (Toronto-Niagara, Toronto-Hamilton, Toronto-KW), morning pickup means an early-afternoon drop. On longer lanes (Toronto-London, Toronto-Ottawa, Toronto-Montreal) it means morning pickup with afternoon delivery, subject to an earlier book-by cutoff. Specific transit times are listed on each lane page under Routes.

When do I have to book by?

Most lanes accept bookings up to 11am for an afternoon arrival. Longer lanes have earlier cutoffs: London 9am, Ottawa 5am, Montreal 5am. After-hours, evening, and weekend pickups are available with a surcharge. Dispatch quotes the cutoff in writing before you confirm.

Will I see where my package is in real time?

Yes. Every booking includes a real-time tracking link sent to your phone the moment the driver leaves the curb. A photo proof of delivery lands in the same thread the moment your package is dropped off. Signature on receipt available on request.

What is the difference between Direct, Rush, Same-Day, and Scheduled?

Direct means a single driver runs non-stop, fastest transit, premium price. Rush (hotshot) means we dispatch within 60 to 90 minutes of booking. Same-Day means pickup within your booked window and delivery before close of business. Scheduled means a recurring daily or weekly route with locked-in driver and time. All four are same-calendar-day delivery.

Where do you serve?

Same-day across Ontario: Toronto and the GTA, Hamilton, Niagara Region, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Barrie, London, Ottawa, plus cross-border lanes to Montreal. See the full list on the routes page.

Do I need a business account to book?

No. Anyone can book a one-off shipment through the get-a-quote form or by calling dispatch. Business accounts unlock volume discounts (10 to 25% off), priority dispatch, recurring routes, monthly invoicing with net-15 or net-30 terms, and a dedicated account manager.
