Do you handle wine bottles upright and temperature-stable?
Yes. All bottles travel upright in temperature-stable conditions, padded handling, no warehouse staging, no overnight sit. One driver from cellar door to drop-off. We are a preferred courier for many Niagara wineries.
Are you licensed for commercial alcohol delivery in Ontario?
Yes. We are a licensed Ontario courier transporting commercial wine and beverage shipments between licensed premises (winery, importer, restaurant, hotel, LCBO). We do not deliver retail consumer alcohol orders directly to residences.
Can you deliver before a tasting, event, or service window?
Yes. Most lanes accept bookings up to 11am for afternoon arrival; longer lanes have earlier cutoffs (London 9am, Ottawa 5am). For events with hard timing, book the day before to lock in the morning pickup window.
Do you serve Toronto sommeliers and the LCBO same-day from Niagara?
Yes. Daily Niagara → Toronto runs are one of our highest-volume lanes. Wine samples picked up at NOTL or Beamsville cellar doors in the morning land on a Bay Street sommelier desk by mid-afternoon.
What is your insurance coverage on wine shipments?
$1,000,000 cargo insurance on every shipment, bonded and licensed in Ontario. Significantly more coverage than generic same-day services (Rover, for example, only covers $100). 12 cellar doors run their wholesale lane through us with $0 spoilage claims.
